Resillens LLC · Effective July 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the resillens.com website (the "Site"), operated by Resillens LLC ("Resillens," "we," "us").

Resillens LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope. These Terms cover the Site only. Each Resillens mobile app is governed by its own license terms — either the terms presented with that app or, where none are, the standard end-user license terms of the store you downloaded it from (such as Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service). Each app also has its own privacy policy.

The Site

The Site is an informational website about Resillens and its apps, including support and privacy information. It does not require an account, and nothing on it constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) use automated means to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period or that burdens its operation; or (d) use the Site to transmit malicious code or unlawful material.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Resillens" name — are owned by Resillens LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not use the Resillens name or logo without our prior written consent.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party services, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESILLENS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resillens LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Resillens regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
